You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalesDriver and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own risk.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. For business users, any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Service or other users.
